Do you offer any other casino trips that aren't listed on the website?
We have many trips going to Las Vegas by invitation only. We also have many other special trips for our VVIP players that are not listed on our website. Book your next trip with GG Casino Travel — you may qualify for one of these exciting trips!
I received an offer directly from a casino. Can I book it with GG Casino Travel?
Yes! We can assist with setting up your reservation and travel plans, and your offer will still be valid.
Rewards & Free Play
Does my tier score set by the casino qualify me for free trips?
Not necessarily. Tier score is a rating system set by the casino that can be redeemed in that casino's rewards program.
GG Casino Travel has a criteria system that's different from the casino, and based on theoretical play.
Will I get free play if I receive an offer directly from Beau Rivage?
If you receive an offer directly from Beau Rivage, call us and we can book it for you!
You will still get all your FREE PLAY when you book with GG Casino Travel.
Flights & Accessibility
Adding KTN, TSA PreCheck, or Global Entry information to a reservation
- Please provide this information to our team at least 72 business hours before departure.
- Your name must match exactly as it appears on your membership. Incomplete or mismatched information cannot be processed.
- Please note that not all airports accept these identifiers for charter flights.
Service animals on charters
MGM / Beau Rivage charters
- All guests with service animals must provide DOT paperwork. Boarding will be denied without proper documentation. Guests must fill out the form from Sun Country's website and print the approval letter to provide at airport check-in. You must let us know you are traveling with a service animal so that we can inform MGM Air. You will then be provided with the link to follow in order to start the process. Emotional support animals and pets will not be allowed on charter flights.
Caesars charters
- This process is U.S. DOT (Department of Transportation) required.
- To complete our online process, simply use the Open Doors Organization (ODO) portal to submit your U.S. DOT Service Animal Air Transportation form.
- You will need the following information available to complete the DOT form:
- Veterinarian's name and contact number
- Rabies vaccination date and expiration
- Trainer's name/organization and contact number
- We recommend starting this process at least one week prior to departure.
Traveling with portable oxygen
- Please advise a minimum of one week in advance if you will be traveling with a portable oxygen concentrator.
- The only approved devices are oxygen concentrators. The following are allowed: AirSep LifeStyle, AirSep FreeStyle, Inogen One, SeQual Eclipse, Respironics EverGo, LifeChoice.

- Gulf View, King Bed — $45 per night plus tax

- Gulf View, King Bed — $30 per night plus tax

Recliner rental at the Beau Rivage
Recliners are available at an additional cost of $20 per night. This can be paid by credit card or MGM Rewards Points at the end of your stay. Recliners are limited, so please be sure to request in advance.
Wheelchair & scooter rentals at the Beau Rivage
Wheelchairs ($25 per day) and scooters ($45 per day) are available for rent. Advance reservations are recommended — please contact us to reserve. Payment may be made by credit card or MGM Rewards Points. Beau Rivage employees are not permitted to push guests in wheelchairs.
